Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, and you will also benefit from it. You will checkout faster, and track all your orders.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Follow the “forgot your password” link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

What is the process to place an order on your website?

It’s easier than ordering a Matcha Latte :  

  • Choose a brand or a category from the navigation menu or search for a specific style you desire
  • Select your item and click Add To Bag. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to checkout
  • Sign in to your account or create a new one
  • Chose the payment method that suits best for you
Can I cancel or make changes to my Sowll order?

Yes,  Sowll Customer Service is always happy to support you.

To be sure we can make the change in time, please don’t wait more than 1 hour since you’ve placed the order.  It will not be possible to cancel or modify your order if it is already in an advanced preparation stage.

SHIPPING

How much will I be charged for delivery?

This varies depending on your country. You’ll see the delivery fee at the checkout.

We ship throughout : 

Italy and the Iberian Peninsula : flat rate 6,99 € 

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden : flat rate 15,99 €

When you will ship my order?

We ship all orders the following day they are received Monday through Friday. All orders received within 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. After 12:00 PM will be shipped in 2 business days. In exceptional cases, depending on brand partner logistics the shipping can take 1 additional day.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Depending on your location, delivery can take 2-7 business days. If you order from multiple SOWLL brand partners, your items will arrive separately. We’ll email you the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

Sowll doesn’t ship from and to destinations with Delivery Duties.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is Sowll's return policy?

We know you would love a free return but this leads to more shipping emissions and we want to encourage a more sustainable option.  If you have any doubts before purchasing your item we invite you to contact our Customer Service and ask for support. We will love to help you with sizes or fitting tips.

Anyway, you can return your item within 14 days of the delivery date. You will need to click on the Return and Refunds form to initiate a product return request.  Fill out all your data, Sowll Customer Service will contact you to send you the return label to place on the package.

It’s best to ask for a return within 6 days of delivery — this is to make sure your package arrives within the required time frame. We are unable to process exchanges and all returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached. All designer boxes or cases that came with your order must be included with your return. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

Please note: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Do I need to return my order in the same box it arrived in?

We recommend returning your item in the package provided. If you’re unable to do that, please find a suitable box so that items are returned in perfect condition. Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, including original packaging and branded boxes.

Can I return beauty items? Can I return food items?

Beauty, Cosmetics, and Food items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Can I return my pre-order item?

We are unable to accept returns as customised orders.

Can the courier pick up multiple packages?

This varies depending on if it’s the same brand and destination. Courier may be able to collect multiple packages. If you’re returning items to multiple SOWLL brand partners, you’ll still need to request a separate collection for each package. You can verify it when you request the pick-up in the return process.

I have made a return, will I be reimbursed for shipping costs?

The original delivery cost won’t be included in your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

You can track your return by using the tracking number assigned to your Return Label. Once your return has been received by our brand, it can take up to 6 days to process. As soon as it’s accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Can I ask for a change?

Unfortunately, we can’t process a change. You can return your item following the instructions for return you will receive by email and place a new order.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase. 

The item I received is defective or damaged. What can I do?

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective! Let us know by contacting Sowll Customer Service, we will pay for the return shipping and you will be refunded.

In what currencies can I make my purchases?

We currently accept only these currency across Europe : EURO €, Danish Krone kr

When will my credit or debit card be charged?

If you pay by debit card, credit card, or PayPal you will be charged when you place your order.

What are the payment methods accepted by Sowll?

SOWLL accepts various payment methods. When your payment is received, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. You can pay for your purchases in different ways:

Where can I find a size conversion chart?

View our size conversion charts by selecting Size Chart, which you can find under the Add to Cart Button, on the product information page.

How can I better understand how a garment fits?

Click on the “Size Chart” link on the product page to view the different sizes and conversions. Write to contact@sowll.com if you need any additional information. We would love to assist you. Have a look also at Benedetta’s tips for fit.

What is the distinction between size, fit, cut and material in clothing?

The size of an item relates to the brand size on the label, fit describes how the item will fit on the body, cut is the silhouette and the material describes what the item is made from.

Why do sizes vary from one brand to another?

International sizes are slightly different when converted and some brands fit larger or smaller than others. That’s why we added specific information for each item and Benedetta’s tips.  If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact Sowll Customer Service, we will love to help you.

What happens if the garment does not fit my size?

If your item doesn’t fit, you can return it by following the instructions you will receive by email after you receive your order. You can make a new purchase straight after.

PRODUCTS AND STOCK

What should I do if I find a product that appears to be out of stock?

We work with brands that produce small quantities. We always do our best to restock sold-out pieces, but we cannot guarantee that a product will be back in stock. You can contact SOWLL customer service anytime to ask for a specific product you are interested in.

Are the makeup products sold on Sowll tested on animals?

In Sowll we strongly believe that it isn’t acceptable for animals to suffer in the name of fashion or cosmetics. We carefully selected brand partners with the same values and vision.

Animal testing of cosmetic ingredients and finished products is banned in the EU.

Can you recommend items that fit my tastes?

Benedetta has accurately selected all the pieces you can shop at Sowll. On each product page, you will find some special tips about style and usage.

Did you reach this page while trying to access your account?

You’ll need to check that your device clock is accurate. For security reasons, you won’t be able to access your My Account pages if your device clock is fast.

If you’re still having trouble with the website, we suggest that you try the following:

Delete your cookies

You may need to delete your cookies. A cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are the next time you visit us.

Please note that if you have added items to your bag or in your ‘Saved items’ section while not logged in, you’ll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies could clear this history.

On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using ‘Tools’ or ‘History’.

Restart your browser

Once you’ve cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it, and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without any more problems.

How can I unsubscribe from Sowll email?

You can unsubscribe from the emails at any time by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of one of the newsletter emails. Eventually, you can change the settings in your account.

If you unsubscribe you will lose new arrivals alert, and promotions, and you will not receive Benedetta tips 🙁

If I am not receiving communications from Sowll, what can I do about it?

To troubleshoot an issue with not receiving emails from Sowll, make sure your email address is spelled correctly in your profile settings, check spam and mail filters, and check for third-party filtering.

OTHER QUESTIONS

How does purchasing a consultation session work?

Choose the consulting service you think suits best for you (30, 60 minutes, or the special combined package ), choose the date and finalize the payment. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to connect for your video with Benedetta.

Can I change the date of my consulting session at any time?

Once you have booked the session you can ask to change the date up to 1 day before the date. If you do not show up you can’t ask for a refund.

I want to buy a consulting session as a gift. How does it work?

That’s nice! You can buy the session directly by selecting the gift option and the amount you prefer. You will choose a date but don’t worry, the beneficiary will have the possibility of changing it.  You will receive by email a gift card with all the instructions.
