HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE YOURSELF IN THREE WORDS?
Enthusiast, creative, resilient.
EACH ONE OF US IS CONSTANTLY LIVING ITS GENTLE REVOLUTION. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURS?
For me, my gentle revolution is about trying to be fully present in everything I do, think, and feel. In today’s hustle culture, I truly believe that slowing down, going back to basics, and pausing to appreciate the small, everyday moments is a gentle, yet powerful, revolution.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CITY FOR FASHION, FOOD AND CULTURE?
I lived in London for almost four years, and its cultural vibrancy is something truly magical. Meeting people from so many different backgrounds opens your mind in ways I haven’t experienced anywhere else. In a single day, you can enjoy incredible Ethiopian street food for lunch and then end the night in a cozy gastropub that feels like you’re in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Now, I’m happily based in Madrid, but I love collecting little memories and experiences from every place I visit. Mexico will always hold a special place in my heart, with its cuisine reflecting the explosion of flavors and colors I adore about the country. And their breakfasts? Absolutely next level!
WHAT DOES HEALTHY AND INTENTIONAL EATING MEAN TO YOU?
For me, healthy and intentional eating starts from a positive place. It’s about adding value to our lives, not creating a burden or restriction. There’s no point in choosing the most nutritious ingredients if we’re not truly enjoying them. Healthy eating should empower us to feel our best, with energy, balance, and a deeper connection to our environment. I also believe food is much more than just nutrients; it’s culture, pleasure, and shared moments. That’s why I don’t support overly strict diets that take away the joy of eating or the beautiful rituals we create around the table.
WHAT DOES WELL-BEING MEAN TO YOU?
To me, wellbeing is about embracing its ever-evolving nature. It’s something that changes as we do. When we try to define it rigidly or aim for perfection, it loses its meaning. True wellbeing comes from being present and listening to what my body, mind, and emotions need at any given moment. It’s about curiosity and self-compassion, recognizing that some days balance means nourishing meals and movement, while other days it’s about rest, comfort, and letting go of expectations.
ARE YOU MORE OF A SWEET TOOTH OF SAVOURY LOVER?
I used to be a total sweet tooth, but my taste buds have definitely evolved over the years. Now, I love creating treats for those sweet cravings that still leave me feeling good, energized, and satisfied, all while celebrating the natural flavors of the ingredients. It’s all about having fun with fruits, veggies, cacao, seeds, and nuts to make recipes that both nourish and comfort. For example, I’m obsessed with using sweet potato or pumpkin to make chocolate cakes, and I love experimenting with different seeds to create granola, breads, and crackers.
DO YOU LIKE TO COOK? WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE GO-TO RECIPE?
I absolutely love cooking. I see it as a beautiful way to connect with the present moment and express my creativity, almost like a form of meditation. I draw inspiration from the things I see on the street, the changing seasons, my travels, or simply whatever I have in the fridge.
The 'downside' of using cooking as my creative outlet is that I tend to improvise a lot, so I’m not great at following exact measurements or sticking to specific recipes. Because of that, I don’t have many go-to dishes, and sometimes things don’t turn out as expected. But that’s okay! Cooking should be fun, it’s all about trial and error. I always let seasonal produce guide me, and veggies have a special place in my kitchen. I always make sure to pair them with good sources of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats to create balanced and flavorful meals.
DO YOU HAVE A GUILTY FOOD PLEASURE THAT MIGHT NOT BE SO HEALTHY FOR YOUR BODY, BUT THAT IS DEFINITELY HEALTHY FOR YOUR MIND?
I have plenty! I believe it’s important to eliminate the stigma that, as someone in the nutrition field, we must adhere to a perfectly strict diet. I love food, dining out, and trying new things. While I prioritize nourishing foods that help me feel my best day-to-day, I firmly believe that the joy and pleasure of eating are an essential part of a balanced and healthy life. I think it’s a privilege to enjoy both a pizza with friends and a plate of fresh, flavorful vegetables.
WHICH SOWLL PRODUCT IS A MUST IN YOUR PANTRY? TELL US WHY!
As a breakfast lover, nut butters are a must-have in my pantry. I picture a chill, sunny Saturday morning with a chia pudding topped with plenty of goodies: berries, pumpkin and hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of one of Clemi’s nut butters on top. Yum!
