Frequency: daily use
Application: use pure water and heat to a simmer at around 90°C. Use a wide infuser that allows the flowers and plants to open fully in the water. Leave the bouquet to infuse for 4 minutes. Cover your cup for the duration of the infusion to preserve the essential oils released in contact with the water. Released on contact with the hot water
